While we don't count on technology breaking down during
your online course, we need to be prepared if it does. The best
defense is a good offense.
Have a plan. Test out your notebook. Make sure you have the support information
for your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Know where an alternative
computer can be located in an emergency (most public libraries
provide computer and Internet access).
The HELP Desk is also here if you need us. Come by, call, or email
us if you have a problem or want to discuss contingency plans.
